What Is This Campaign?
The Support the WoW4 Campaign was formed by four former employees of Writing on the Wall who were dismissed in April 2026 after raising concerns through formal internal processes.
Over many months, we submitted grievances, appeals and evidence relating to workplace culture, governance and the treatment of staff.
Instead of seeing those concerns properly addressed, we lost our jobs.
Today, we are continuing to campaign for accountability, transparency and a fair, independent investigation into the issues we raised.
Why This Matters
This campaign is bigger than four individuals.
It raises important questions about:
- Workplace culture within charities and arts organisations
- How whistleblowers are treated
- Trustee accountability and governance
- Transparency in grievance and disciplinary processes
- The responsibility organisations have towards staff wellbeing
We believe these issues deserve independent scrutiny.
How You Can Help
There are many ways to support the campaign:
- Sign up for updates
- Attend events and demonstrations
- Share our story
- Donate towards campaign and legal costs
- Contact decision-makers
- Help spread awareness within the arts and charity sectors
Every act of support makes a difference.
